Dow Falls 160 Points as Stocks Slip Again

The stock market slipped again on Tuesday after President Donald Trump insisted tariffs on the bulk of U.S. trading partners will actually kick in on Aug. 1. The Nasdaq Composite was up slightly. The yield on the 2-year Treasury note rose to 3.91%.
