Magnolia Oil & Gas
Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp . (NYSE: MGY) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock and a cash distribution of $0.15 per Class B unit.
Both the dividend and distribution are payable June 2 to shareholders of record as of May 12.
NOG
Northern Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE: NOG) declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per common stock, representing a 12.5% increase year-over-year.
The dividend is payable July 31 to stockholders of record as of June 27.
Occidental
