Stocks Stay the Course After Fed Minutes

The stock market remained subdued after the Federal Reserve released its latest meeting minutes. The Nasdaq Composite was flat. The minutes, which were released at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesday, stated a "vast majority" of central bankers saw risks to achieving price stability and maximum employment as roughly in balance.
